A little more about me...
I learnt the value and importance of our physical, emotional and spiritual well being when I was young.
The universe gifted me a challenging period of life which led me down a path of healing and self discovery. When I was 12 years old I experienced a nervous breakdown after being bullied at primary school and having 2 grandparents, and my beloved pet cat pass away only a few weeks apart from each other.
The world of holistic and alternative therapies helped me to recover. Regular psychology, acupuncture and energy healing sessions helped me to turn things around and taught me a great deal about the incredible interconnection between the body, mind and spirit.
This period of my life was a real 'awakening'. I opened up to greater truths about life and the universe, my intuitive and healing abilities naturally unfolded and I was lead to a more heart centred and spiritual way of life. I feel very fortunate to have experienced this at such a young age.
I studied Chiropractic at Murdoch University in 2006 after being amazed at the health benefits I experienced from chiropractic care. Upon graduating I set out to explore various alternative healing techniques to incorporate into my practice that would take it beyond care of just the physical body - these included Craniosacral Therapy, Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), Kinesiology, Neuro-Emotional Technique, Pranic Healing, Reiki, Yoga, crystals, essential oils and Australian Bush Flower Essences.
Meditation has always been a part of my life however it wasn't until I followed my heart to Rishikesh in India, that it all came together for me and it became something I wanted to share with others. I absolutely love holding meditation circles and creating space for people to connect inwards.
It is my passion and absolute joy to support people in living a life full of happiness and wellbeing by providing care that recognises and encompasses all aspects of their being.
With love, health and happiness
